Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city near the Colon Theatre, making it convenient for exploring the area. The service was excellent with extremely helpful and kind staff. On the downside, the rooms badly need redecorating, and some aspects like the noisy AC box outside the window could be bothersome.
The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms, but suffered from poor insulation leading to noise disturbances. The service was outstanding, although an unexpected extra charge left a negative impression. The location was superb, offering easy access to downtown attractions. The dining options were satisfying, especially the breakfast choices.
My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were very large in the main room, but not in the bedroom, and my suite on the 10th floor was quite spacious with a small kitchenette, living room, and a large balcony, which was a definite plus. However, there was a bit of a letdown with the unprofessional incident involving an extra charge by the manager, Gonzalo. The location was convenient for exploring Buenos Aires, but the dining experience left something to be desired.
